Jean Drasgow

Jean Drasgow is the Director of Career Services for the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In her role, she develops and delivers career management services for approximately 3,200 undergraduate and graduate students, coordinates the ACES + LAS Career Fair, and teaches a professional development course focused on career strategies. Prior to her current position, Drasgow managed the University of Illinois Center for Human Resource Management, where she organized conferences and administered research grants while fostering relationships with corporate partners. She has also worked as a human resource consultant. Drasgow holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Illinois and is pursuing a PhD in Agricultural Education and Leadership at the University of Missouri. She was recognized with the Chancellor’s Academic Professional Excellence (CAPE) Award in 2021 for her contributions to the campus mission
