Jacco M. Hoekstra

Professor Jacco M. Hoekstra is a distinguished figure in aerospace engineering, serving as Professor of CNS/ATM (Communication, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management) at Delft University of Technology. His career spans over two decades, including 16 years at the National Aerospace Laboratory (NLR) of the Netherlands, where he worked on flight simulation, handling qualities, avionics, human factors, and CNS/ATM for organizations like FAA and NASA.
