Dr. Helen Abdali Soosan Fagan is a multifaceted expert in leadership and diversity, combining academic roles with global consulting work. Holding a Ph.D. in Human Sciences with an emphasis on Leadership and having studied International Economics at Oxford University, she serves as the Principal and Founder of Global Leadership Group, a Lecturer at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Developing Leaders coach at Doane University. Dr. Fagan's expertise is evidenced by her numerous certifications in diversity training, intercultural development, and emotional intelligence.
