Franklin Mosha is a Professor of Parasitology and Medical Entomology at the Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College (KCMUC) and the Principal Investigator (PI) for the Moshi PAMVERC site. With a 38-year research career, he has been involved in malaria and filariasis vector control research, as well as clinical malaria trials in Tanzania in collaboration with NIMR, TPRI, and KCMUC. His research also includes mosquito ecological studies in Kenya with ICIPE and onchocerciasis vector control studies in Mali with OCP-WHO. Dr. Mosha has held significant administrative roles, including Director of the Tropical Pesticides Research Institute, Director of the Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute, and Director for Research & Consultancies at KCMUC.
