Filomena Canterino

Filomena Canterino is an Assistant Professor specializing in People Management and Organization at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano. She teaches the Leadership & Innovation course in the Master of Science Program. Canterino earned her PhD with honors from Politecnico di Milano in 2016, focusing on organizational transformation and action research methodology. Her research interests encompass organization and leadership within the realms of organizational change and innovation. She has conducted action research projects with various Italian companies and has authored several publications in scientific journals and conference proceedings.
