Ezekiel J. Emanuel, MD, PhD

Dr. Ezekiel J. Emanuel is the Vice Provost for Global Initiatives and the Diane v.S. Levy and Robert M. Levy University Professor at the University of Pennsylvania. A prominent oncologist and bioethicist, he is a Special Advisor to the WHO Director General and a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress. Dr. Emanuel played a pivotal role in drafting the Affordable Care Act and has authored over 350 publications and 15 books. His research, media contributions, and leadership awards have solidified his standing in health policy and ethics.
