Dr Omar Sharaf

Dr. Omar Sharaf combines expertise in linguistics and technology, beginning his career as a computational linguist developing language processing solutions from 2010 to 2015. His academic career includes serving as a lecturer in Arabic and Semitic Studies at the University of Heidelberg, demonstrating his expertise in linguistic studies. His transition to corporate learning began in 2018 when he joined a UK-based software company as Senior Learning Services Concept Manager, where he oversaw training material development. Currently serving as Senior Knowledge Portfolio Manager at SAP since September 2022, he manages knowledge portfolios for various SAP solutions. Through his Coursera course "Implementing an SAP Solution," he shares his expertise in enterprise software implementation and knowledge management.
