Dr Nigel Spencer

Nigel Spencer is an expert in leadership and organizational development, with over 20 years of experience in professional services. He began his career in academia, researching group identity, hierarchy, and power dynamics, before transitioning to client-facing roles at PwC. He later served as the global head of leadership development at two international law firms, Simmons & Simmons and Reed Smith. Following this, Spencer held a senior role in Executive Education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Currently, he is a Professor of Professional Practice at the School of Law at Queen Mary University of London, where he continues to influence talent development and leadership strategies within the legal sector.
