Dr Andrew Heys

Andrew is the Director of International Engagement at Macquarie Business School, focusing on creating international opportunities and partnerships, including student and faculty mobility, institutional cooperation in research and teaching, and international student recruitment strategies. With nearly 20 years of experience in academia, he has also worked extensively as a management consultant across the Asia Pacific region. Previously, he served as the MBA Director at MGSM, Macquarie University, for three and a half years. Andrew's research interests encompass negotiation and conflict resolution, professional service firm management, and strategic human resource management.
