Dr Amal El-Sawad

Dr. Amal El-Sawad is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisation Studies at Royal Holloway, University of London. She is also the Founder and Director of Exit Stage Write Ltd., a start-up focused on developing innovative learning and development programs inspired by theatre and the creative arts. Dr. El-Sawad specializes in integrating creative approaches into business education, having authored a course on Coursera titled "Explore Management Concepts through Metaphor and Music."
