Don Huesman

Dr. Don Huesman is the Managing Director of Online Learning at the Wharton School, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping the school's digital education initiatives. With a rich background in technology and education, he previously served as Managing Director of the Innovation Group at Wharton, overseeing technology support for academic departments and executive education programs. An accomplished lecturer, Don has taught courses in IT and Decision Sciences at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident in the early 1980s when he co-founded a company that created The Organizer, the first personal information manager for PCs, revolutionizing how users managed their schedules and contacts. Dr. Huesman has also contributed to various executive education programs, teaching the strategic use of information systems to professionals across industries. Currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Penn’s Graduate School of Education, he focuses on higher education management and technology-enabled learning environments, further enhancing his expertise in online education.
