Diane Spiegel is a creative and forward-thinking executive with over 30 years of experience in Organizational Design, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and Talent Management across various industries, including banking, retail, hospitality, and energy. As the Chief People Officer for Opus Bank, she focused on building a cultural infrastructure to enhance employee engagement and develop talent platforms aimed at attracting and retaining key talent. Diane is recognized as a thought leader in Leadership Development, having authored The Gen Y Handbook: Applying Relationship Leadership to Engage Millennials, and her innovative Sage Leadership Tools support leaders in navigating generational impacts on recruitment and retention.
