Dr. David Michael Rosch serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he has established himself as a leading authority in leadership education and development. His academic credentials include a PhD in Higher Education from Syracuse University, an MS in Student Affairs from Colorado State University, and a BS in Psychology from Binghamton University. As ALEC Program Director (2018-2022), he has consistently earned recognition on the university's "Instructors Ranked as Excellent" list. His current roles include Editor of the Journal of Campus Activities Practice and Scholarship and co-editor of the "Contemporary Issues in Leadership Development" book series. His contributions to the field earned him the inaugural Distinguished Scholar Award from the Association of Leadership Educators in 2016.
