With over 15 years of experience in the IT field, he holds a degree in Computer Science with a focus on System Integration. Schwarz is a certified Data Protection Officer from the European Centre on Privacy and Cybersecurity (ECPC) and serves as a visiting lecturer at the University of Maastricht's Faculty of Law. His expertise spans areas such as data ethics, data privacy, and artificial intelligence. Schwarz is actively involved in the Japanese IT community, serving as the chairman of the IT roundtable at the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan. He has been a guest speaker at events organized by the EU Delegation in Tokyo and the Japanese Privacy Commission. Schwarz is also known for developing Mobyl, a plug-and-play IT solution recognized as a social change maker by the Nippon Foundation.
