Christy Bozic, PhD, PMP, is the Lockheed Martin Professor of Engineering Management at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she joined in January 2015. Her role includes serving as a Scholar in Residence and Associate Faculty Director of Undergraduate Education for the Lockheed Martin Engineering Management Program. Dr. Bozic is dedicated to helping students connect their engineering education with industry careers by enhancing their business acumen. She has held various faculty and administrative positions at Purdue University, including Director for two regional campuses and Manager for Business Innovation. Her corporate experience includes roles as Global Business Manager at TDK Corporation and Sales Engineer at Federal Mogul Automotive Division. Dr. Bozic holds an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Purdue University and Butler University, respectively, and earned her PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Purdue, focusing on student-centered learning in engineering education. Her research interests include Engineering Management, Innovation Management, and Engineering Entrepreneurship.
