Christy Bozic joined the University of Colorado Boulder in January 2015 as a Scholar in Residence and Associate Faculty Director of Undergraduate Education for the Lockheed Martin Engineering Management Program. She focuses on bridging engineering education with industry careers by enhancing students' business acumen. Dr. Bozic has held various faculty and administrative roles at Purdue University, including Director for regional campuses and Manager for Business Innovation. Her industry experience includes positions as Global Business Manager at TDK Corporation of America and Sales Engineer for Federal Mogul Automotive Division. She holds an undergraduate degree from Purdue, an MBA from Butler University, and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Purdue, with research focused on student-centered learning in engineering education. Her teaching and research interests center on Engineering Management, particularly in Innovation Management and Engineering Entrepreneurship.
