Carolyn has spent the past 18 months researching personal characteristics that enhance learning transfer and behavioral change, culminating in the launch of the app Becoming An Empowered Achiever. This app provides users with feedback on personal enablers and barriers related to on-the-job training and lifelong learning. Collaborating with Francesca Giulia Mereu, Carolyn also developed a personal energy management program based on Mereu's book Recharging Your Batteries, which encourages mindfulness about behavior and energy levels. Over the last eight years, Carolyn has partnered with various organizations to improve learning transfer and sustain behavioral change, creating tools that provide data on the impact of learning experiences. Her previous work includes organizing events for MCE (Management Centre Europe) and facilitating change management modules at Danube University Krems. With over 15 years of experience as a trainer and facilitator, Carolyn has worked with numerous organizations across Europe and the Middle East, focusing on leadership development and change management.
