Bob Higgins, President and CEO of Barge Design Solutions, has over 25 years of experience leading a top-ranked engineering and architectural firm. A Civil Engineering graduate from Vanderbilt University and U.S. Air Force veteran, Higgins is known for his strategic leadership and focus on technological innovation. He frequently speaks on leadership and strategy and has established leadership programs and an educational scholarship at Vanderbilt. As an instructor, Higgins blends real-world expertise with engineering and leadership principles to prepare students for dynamic professional challenges.
