Bipin Prabhakar

Dr. Bipin Prabhakar serves as Chair of Information Systems Graduate Programs and Clinical Professor of Information Systems at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where he holds the Fettig/Whirlpool Fellowship. His teaching expertise encompasses IT Architecture, Cloud Computing, Information Systems Security, and ERP Systems, with involvement in multiple programs including the MSIS Program Core, MBA/MSIS joint degree program, and Executive Education. With an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Masters and Doctoral degrees in Information Systems, plus CISSP certification, he brings comprehensive technical expertise to his role. Prabhakar's research focuses on technology adoption and the evolution of IS job skills, with publications in leading journals such as Communications of the ACM, The DATABASE for Advances Information Systems, and The Journal of Computer Information Systems. He has co-authored "Business Process Configuration with SAP ERP" and contributed to "Readings on ERP Systems." His work on the North American Board of the SAP University Alliances Program demonstrates his commitment to advancing ERP education and research, while his extensive teaching portfolio across various programs reflects his dedication to developing future technology leaders.
