Anneloes Raes

Anneloes Raes serves as a full professor and director of the Department of Managing People in Organizations at IESE Business School, where she also holds the prestigious Puig Chair of Global Leadership Development. Her academic credentials include a doctorate in Organizational Behavior from Maastricht University and a master's degree in Psychology from Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands.
