Annegret Engel

Dr. Annegret Engel is a Senior Lecturer in EU law at Lund University, a position she has held since March 2019. Prior to joining Lund, she worked at Cardiff University in Wales, the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) in London, and the European Commission's Directorate-General for Internal Market. Dr. Engel completed her Ph.D. at Durham University in 2014, where her thesis was awarded "No corrections" (summa cum laude). Her extensive background in EU law and international relations enriches her teaching and research, contributing significantly to the academic community at Lund University.
