Amy Bechner is an adjunct faculty member at Johns Hopkins University’s Whiting School of Engineering, specializing in project management education. With over 25 years of experience at Texas Instruments, she currently serves as the Director of Program Management and Product Engineering for the MSP Business in Embedded Processors. Amy has extensive expertise in new product development and is one of the few project managers elected as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at Texas Instruments. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Project Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, Amy is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is passionate about mentoring project managers and contributing to their success. Beyond her professional career, Amy enjoys yoga, scrapbooking, and spending time on the lake with her family.
