Ali Gardner

Ali Gardner is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), where she teaches various programs, including social work and social pedagogy. She qualified as a social worker in 1993 and has primarily worked with adults with learning disabilities. Over the years, she has developed educational resources and published books focusing on personalization, choice, and control. Ali has also served as the Director of an Advocacy Project for over a decade, working with both children and adults.
