He holds a Ph.D. in Multi-Criteria Decision Making from IIT ISM Dhanbad, along with advanced certifications in Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania and Teaching Pedagogy from Harvard Business School. Dr. Chatterjee’s research interests focus on decision science, structural modeling, and fuzzy cognitive map applications. He has a strong publication record in esteemed journals such as Taylor & Francis and Emerald. In addition to his academic roles, he currently serves as the Chairperson of the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Online at SPJIMR, where he has contributed to teaching and research excellence.

Dr. Vidyut Lata Dhir is a distinguished academic and corporate consultant with over three decades of experience in the field of organizational behavior and leadership studies. She holds a Ph.D. from SNDT University, specializing in Organizational Commitment and Citizenship Behavior, and has a strong background in psychology with an M.Phil. from Mumbai University and a master’s degree from Panjab University. Dr. Dhir has taught at leading business schools in India and Germany, and her extensive corporate experience includes over 20 years of designing and delivering management development programs on leadership and team performance.
