She holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Commerce, and a Doctor of Philosophy in JMC in "Facebook Advertising". Dr.Sharma has a combined academic and professional experience of 17 years. She has previously worked as an Additional Head and Assistant Professor at various universities in Jaipur. She has published eighteen papers in scholarly publications that are cited on a national and international scale. She has presented several research papers at conferences on both the national and international levels

Dr. Amit Verma is Assistant Registrar and Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Manipal University Jaipur. He previously worked as an Assistant professor and Head of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at reputed universities. He earned his Ph.D. in Community Radio Stations of Rajasthan.
