The program curriculum is structured across four semesters with a comprehensive coverage of international finance topics. First semester includes Financial Accounting, Business and Technology, Corporate and Business Law, Economics for Business Decisions, Management Accounting, and Generative AI for Online Learners. Second semester covers Taxation, Audit and Assurance, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Performance Management, Financial Reporting, and Virtual Accounting Lab. Third semester focuses on Financial Modeling, Financial Management, Strategic Business Leadership, Strategic Business Reporting, Open Elective Course, and Virtual Finance Lab. Fourth semester includes Advanced Financial Management, Advanced Performance Management, Advanced Taxation, Advanced Audit and Assurance, and Research Project. The Master Thesis or Project is carried out between Semester 3 and 4, with evaluation reflected in Semester 4.
