The process begins with programme selection and registration, followed by guidance from Programme Advisors and payment of the application fee of Rs 2,000. Shortlisted candidates submit documents and may be required to appear for an interview. Selected candidates receive an Offer Letter and confirm their seat by paying the alumni membership fee and the first instalment within five days of offer release. The academic structure spans two semesters over 12 months, combining theoretical foundations in quantum communication and wireless systems with applied work in ML-based network optimisation and capstone projects. A one-day campus immersion at IIT Delhi is included at the end of the programme. The programme concludes with examinations, and participants may re-appear in up to three attempts per course over three years by paying a re-examination fee.

Curriculum

The curriculum of this programme is divided into two structured semesters. Semester 1 builds foundational and intermediate expertise in wireless communication, covering topics such as advanced wireless systems, MIMO architectures, 5G/6G network design, and software-defined radio implementation. Learners develop proficiency in using SDR tools for hands-on wireless system design. Semester 2 advances into quantum communication and AI-driven security domains. Topics include quantum entanglement, quantum key distribution protocols, post-quantum cryptographic techniques, ML-based network optimisation, and secure communication system design. The semester culminates in an industry-aligned capstone project that integrates learning from both semesters into a practical implementation using VisualQKD Pro and other tools.

Semester 1 introduces participants to advanced wireless communication concepts, covering MIMO systems, 5G and 6G architectural frameworks, beamforming, and channel modelling. Learners get hands-on exposure to Software Defined Radios to practically explore signal transmission and network configuration. The semester lays a strong foundation in modern wireless infrastructure and prepares participants for the more advanced quantum and AI-focused modules ahead. Semester 2 shifts focus to quantum communication and intelligent network security. Core topics include quantum entanglement principles, quantum key distribution using protocols like BB84, post-quantum cryptographic standards, and ML-based approaches to network optimisation and anomaly detection. Participants use VisualQKD Pro for simulation and protocol implementation. The programme culminates in a comprehensive capstone project requiring integration of wireless, quantum, and AI concepts into a cohesive, secure communication solution.

With prior industry experience at Philips, Ishoni Networks, and Texas Instruments, and academic roles in Sweden, he joined IIT Delhi in 2013. His research spans communication theory, wireless communications, OTFS modulation, and large MIMO systems for 5G. He has 27 IEEE papers, multiple patents, and several prestigious academic awards.

Tuition Fee

The total programme fee is Rs 4,40,000 plus applicable GST. An application fee of Rs 2,000 is payable at the time of application and is not part of the total programme fee. An alumni membership fee of Rs 10,000 is payable within five days of offer release and is also separate from the programme fee. The programme fee is payable in five instalments: Rs 80,000 within five days of offer release, Rs 90,000 within 15 days of programme start, and three further instalments of Rs 90,000. Easy EMI options are available through TimesPro. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. A re-examination fee of Rs 10,000 plus GST per course per attempt is applicable for up to three re-attempts per course over three years post-examination.
