The IIM Tiruchirappalli Executive Programme in Leadership and Change Management has a total program fee of ₹2,61,134 including the application fee and gst. The program is designed with a flexible payment structure to accommodate working professionals through a convenient four-installment system. An application fee of ₹2,500 is required at the time of registration. The main program fee is distributed across four manageable installments: ₹56,300 within one week of offer rollout, followed by three subsequent payments of ₹55,000, ₹55,000, and ₹45,000 spread throughout the program duration. All fees are collected by BCCL and are exclusive of applicable taxes. The program maintains a clear refund policy where the application fee is non-refundable except in cases of profile rejection, in which case the initial amount will be refunded subject to deduction of ₹2,500 as administrative charges. This structured approach makes the prestigious IIM education accessible while allowing professionals to manage their investment in leadership and change management education effectively alongside their career development goals.
