Who is this programme for?
For Indian Participants: Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (10+2+3) from a recognized university in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in Graduation. For International Participants: Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution. All applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of work experience. The admission process involves preliminary eligibility check, online registration with fee payment, and document verification. Students must maintain at least 75% attendance and score a minimum of 50% in COPM (Cumulative Overall Performance Measure) for successful completion.

The program covers eight comprehensive modules: Economy & Business in Digital Age explores contemporary business environment. People Management & Transformational Leadership focuses on developing leadership capabilities. Financial Management covers essential financial concepts and analysis. Marketing Management addresses modern marketing strategies and consumer behavior. Digital Transformation of Business examines technological disruption and adaptation. Operations Management & SCM covers supply chain and operational efficiency. Data Analytics for Business Decisions teaches data-driven decision making. Strategic Business Decisions and Management integrates strategic planning and execution. The program concludes with a Capstone Project applying all concepts to real business challenges.

The Executive Programme in Business Management extends over a duration of approximately 8 months. Live classes are conducted twice weekly: Wednesdays from 07:30 pm to 09:30 pm IST and Sundays from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm IST. The program includes a mandatory 3-day on-campus session at IIM Lucknow, Lucknow campus toward the end of the program.

Programme Length
Total Programme Fees: INR 2,99,500/- + GST. For international participants: USD 5,000. The fee includes application fees, tuition for all sessions, learning materials, case studies, assessment charges, one-time Executive Alumni status registration fee, and boarding/lodging during the 3-day on-campus component. Payment options include full upfront payment, loan option (INR 65,000 + GST initial payment with loan for remaining amount), or installment structure with 4 payments spread throughout the program duration.
Tuition Fee
The program features live and synchronous instructor-led classes from IIM Lucknow faculty, scheduled conveniently for working professionals. Learning is practice-based through case study discussions, exercises, and activities. The program includes a capstone project requiring practical application of concepts to real-life challenges, and a mandatory 3-day on-campus visit to IIM Lucknow for in-person classes and networking opportunities with faculty and peers.
