The modules cover foundational leadership and entrepreneurship frameworks, global business strategy, digital transformation, financial management and venture financing, and scaling operations across international markets. The academic content is delivered through live online sessions supplemented by campus immersions at IIM Indore and the University of Glasgow.\n\nThe three on-campus immersions are integral to the curriculum design. The IIM Indore sessions focus on Indian business contexts, peer collaboration, and leadership development, while the University of Glasgow immersion provides direct exposure to international markets, global faculty perspectives, and cross-cultural team dynamics. Prof. Mit Vachhrajani is a Fellow of Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, India. Prior to joining Indian Institute of Management Indore as a Faculty, he has taught Negotiation at Indian Institute of Management Shillong to PGP and PGP executive participants. He has also served as Visiting faculty at Indian Institute of Management Ranchi and Adjunct Faculty at Jindal Global Business School. His teaching areas include Leadership, Ethics, Negotiation, Culture, and Communication. Before joining the doctoral program, he was a faculty at engineering institutes for three years.
Prof. Manoj Motiani
Professor, Marketing, IIM Indore
Mr. Manoj Motiani holds an FPM from IIM Ahmedabad, where he received the IFCI Award for Best Thesis in 2014. He completed his Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication from Rajasthan University and an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. Before pursuing his PhD, he worked with Aditya Birla Group and Godrej.
