With a PhD in Finance from Delhi University, he has built an impressive academic career through his associations with several of India's leading educational institutions, including IIM Lucknow, MDI Gurugram, ASCI Hyderabad, SPJIMR Mumbai, BULMIM, and Delhi University.

Prof. Ashok Bhattacharya, a postgraduate in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, has further enriched his expertise through an Internship Programme at ISISD and a Certification in Group Relations methodology from the esteemed Tavistock Institute. His illustrious career spans three decades (1976-2007), during which he held significant positions at leading multinational and Indian companies including Pfizer, ITC General Electric, and HCL Technologies, where he focused on Human Resources, Leadership Development, and Strategy. Following his corporate career, he has devoted the past 11 years (since 2007) to independent consulting and academics, sharing his wealth of experience and knowledge with the next generation of business leaders.
