Prof. Ashok Bhattacharya, a postgraduate in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, has further enriched his expertise through an Internship Programme at ISISD and a Certification in Group Relations methodology from the esteemed Tavistock Institute. His illustrious career spans three decades (1976-2007), during which he held significant positions at leading multinational and Indian companies including Pfizer, ITC General Electric, and HCL Technologies, where he focused on Human Resources, Leadership Development, and Strategy.
