With over 20 years of experience in academia, Prof. Bhatnagar teaches various courses, including Industry & Company Analysis, Entrepreneurship Development, Digital Branding and Engagement, Advertising & Sales Promotion, and Strategic Management, among others. Her research interests encompass social entrepreneurship, women entrepreneurs, self-help groups, social media marketing, consumer behavior, case writing, and sustainable business practices. She has authored 48 publications and is involved in three research projects. Professionally active, she is a former Secretary of the Jaipur Chapter of the Indian Society of Training and Development (ISTD), a Senior Coach at the Amity Institute of Training and Development, and a reviewer for Emerald Publication and Indersciences.
