Diana E. E. Kleiner is the Dunham Professor of History of Art and Classics at Yale, Founding Director of Open Yale Courses, and former Deputy Provost. She has authored key works on Roman art, including *Roman Sculpture* (Yale University Press) and *Cleopatra and Rome* (Harvard University Press). Her research includes groundbreaking studies on Roman women and a comprehensive interactive e-book, *Roman Architecture: A Visual Guide* (Yale University Press, 2014). Kleiner has lived in Rome and Athens and traveled extensively across the former Roman Empire.
