His research has been published in leading academic journals, and he has gained recognition for his contributions to the field of AI, being named one of TIME Magazine’s Most Influential People in Artificial Intelligence. Mollick is also the author of Co-Intelligence, a New York Times bestseller that discusses the implications of AI in various contexts. He serves as Co-Director of the Generative AI Labs at Wharton, where he leads efforts to develop prototypes and conduct research aimed at leveraging AI to enhance human capabilities while addressing associated risks. Before entering academia, he co-founded a startup and continues to provide advisory support to various organizations. Mollick holds a PhD and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, along with a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
