Brian J. Bushee is the Geoffrey T. Boisi Professor of Accounting at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he has been a faculty member since 2000. He has also worked as a Senior Credit Analyst for CoreStates Financial Corp. and as a National Office Researcher for Coopers and Lybrand L.L.P.Professor Bushee teaches courses including "Accounting Analytics" and "Introduction to Financial Accounting," and has received numerous accolades for his teaching excellence, including the MBA Excellence in Teaching Award and the Helen Kardon Moss Anvil Award. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan and holds an A.B. from Duke University.
