He earned his PhD in Strategic Management and International Business from Texas A&M University and holds a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University. Doug has served as Faculty Chair and Associate Dean at Anderson, and has taught at several renowned institutions, including Texas A&M, BYU, and universities in Brazil and Mexico. Fluent in Spanish, he previously worked as an internal consultant for American Express in Mexico City. Doug has published extensively in prominent journals and provides consulting services focused on predictive analytics and strategic organizational development for various clients, including startups, non-profits, and government agencies.
