Dr. Eunjung Grace Oh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education Policy, Organization & Leadership at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. With a diverse professional background that includes roles as an instructional designer, HRD specialist, evaluator, and consultant, she teaches courses on training systems design, instructional design, learning technologies, online teaching and learning, adult education, program evaluation, and eLearning management. Her research interests focus on innovating teaching and learning in online and technology-enhanced environments to promote meaningful engagement; understanding generational differences in workforce learning; and employing design-based research methodologies. Dr. Oh coordinates the undergraduate concentration in workplace training and development within the Learning and Education Studies program. She earned her doctorate in Learning, Design, and Technology from the University of Georgia and can be reached at egraceoh@illinois.edu.
