David B. Oppenheimer is a Clinical Professor of Law at Berkeley Law, where he serves as Director of the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law and Faculty Co-Director of the Pro Bono Program. After graduating from Harvard Law School, he clerked for California Chief Justice Rose Bird before working at the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing prosecuting discrimination cases. His academic career spans multiple institutions, including teaching positions at the University of San Francisco, Golden Gate University, University of Paris, University of Bologna, and Sciences Po.

Noel is a distinguished legal scholar and practitioner who serves as Co-Director of the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law's Gender-Based Harassment and Violence Working Group. After graduating from UC Berkeley and UC Davis School of Law, she built an impressive career in civil rights and employment law. As the California Fair Employment and Housing Commission's Executive and Legal Affairs Secretary through 2012, she served as General Counsel and chief administrative law judge, where she crafted influential regulations on mandatory sexual harassment training and discrimination
