She has made significant contributions to digital learning through co-creating the MOOC "The Art and Science of Searching in Systematic Reviews," which has attracted over 700 learners from 77 countries. Naidu is known for her dedication to supporting researchers, conducting workshops, and providing in-depth consultations on systematic reviews and information literacy. Her expertise extends to teaching collaborations with faculty, particularly in the medical and nursing fields, and she has earned recognition for her exceptional service through the NUS Quality Service Award.

Toh Kim Kee is a Principal Librarian specializing in STEM research at the National University of Singapore Libraries' Medicine and Science division.
