Bobby Shiu is a Clinical Associate at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University's Department of Health Technology & Informatics, bringing over two decades of healthcare management experience to academia. Before joining PolyU in 2014, he served as Department Manager at Hong Kong Central Hospital and held senior positions at Evangel Hospital. His academic credentials include a Professional Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography from Hong Kong Polytechnic, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Imaging from Charles Sturt University, and an MSc in Marketing from the National University of Ireland. Shiu has made significant contributions to radiography education through innovative teaching approaches, including leading student teams to success in international competitions and establishing cross-cultural learning initiatives. His achievements include developing a Moldable N95 Respirator project that reached the finals of the Hong Kong Innovation Day, and securing multiple grants for educational development, including HK$1M for MOOC projects on interdisciplinary healthcare management. As coordinator of the Faculty's Freshman Seminar and a key participant in the PolyU-HKU Inter-professional Team-Based Learning project, Shiu focuses on cross-disciplinary collaboration and advancing radiography image interpretation education across health disciplines. His professional service includes roles as Committee Member of the Hong Kong Radiographers' Association and President of the Radiography Alumni Association at PolyU.

Dr. Glyn Elwyn serves as Professor at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice, where he directs The Preference Laboratory and leads groundbreaking research in shared decision making and patient engagement. His academic journey spans humanities, medicine, and education, with a medical degree from Cardiff, a Master's in Education from the UK, and a doctorate from Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre.
