Rabindra Mohanty serves as Assistant General Manager and Faculty at State Bank Staff College (SBSC), Hyderabad, bringing over 30 years of diverse banking experience. An alumnus of Sainik School, Bhubaneswar, he holds multiple qualifications including an Engineering Diploma in ETC, PDCA, BA, and both parts of CAIIB, along with a PG Diploma in Financial Advising. Before joining SBSC in July 2018, he served as AGM (Premier Banking Services) at SBI's Corporate Centre in Mumbai for five years, where he gained extensive expertise in high-net-worth client services. At SBSC, he teaches "Content Marketing Strategy," leveraging his experience in premier banking to develop future banking professionals. Beyond his professional duties, he maintains diverse interests including philately, music, quizzing, and sports, bringing a well-rounded perspective to his role as a banking educator.

Banking Education Expert Advances International Banking Training

R. Lalitha serves as Deputy General Manager and Senior Faculty at State Bank of India, bringing over 35 years of comprehensive banking experience since joining SBI in 1988. A science graduate who became Trainee Officer in 1992, she has developed expertise across multiple banking domains including Consumer Banking, NRI Services, FOREX Trading, Corporate Credit, Stressed Assets Management, and Digital Banking. Her career highlights include international experience at SBI Antwerp (Belgium), leadership roles in Trade Finance, Commercial Credit Analysis, and Digital & Transaction Banking. As DGM at SBI's training institute, she leads a team of nine faculty members, specializing in MSME Credit and International Banking education. Her diverse experience, particularly in digital transformation and international banking, makes her instrumental in developing future banking professionals while maintaining interests in reading and music.
