Dr. Yong Sung Park serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Seoul National University, where he has established himself as a leading expert in coastal engineering and fluid mechanics. His research journey spans prestigious institutions across the globe, including the University of Dundee, University of Rhode Island, and Cornell University. His work has significantly advanced our understanding of wave dynamics, coastal processes, and environmental fluid mechanics.

Teaching Assistant Advances Water Wave Engineering Education at SNU

Seung Jun Baek serves as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Seoul National University, where he is also pursuing his Ph.D. He supports instruction in two specialized courses focusing on water surface wave theory: "Water Surface Waves: Finite-amplitude waves" and "Water Surface Waves: Small-amplitude waves." Working alongside faculty members, he helps students understand complex concepts in wave mechanics and hydrodynamics. As a Student Advisor for the IAHR Seoul National University Young Professionals Network (IAHR SNU YPN), he contributes to both academic instruction and professional development in hydraulic engineering
