Dr. Swetasree Roy holds a Ph.D. in Politics and Government from Louisiana State University (LSU). She also earned a Master’s degree in International Relations and an M.Phil. in East Asian Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). Her research interests encompass international and domestic conflict processes, international institutions, political economy, and comparative political systems. Dr. Roy has published in Scopus-indexed journals with international readership. Before joining the Jindal School of Government and Public Policy (JSGP), she taught at universities in the United States and the UAE. Additionally, she worked as a policy analyst at LSU's Public Policy Research Lab.
