Professor Xavier Groussot is a prominent academic in EU law, serving as a Professor at Lund University and the Director of the Master in European Business Law program. With extensive experience in teaching and research, he has made significant contributions to the fields of EU constitutional law, internal market law, and procedural law. He has published five books and over 50 articles, establishing himself as a leading voice in the academic discourse on European law. In addition to his role at Lund University, he is a visiting professor at Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), where he teaches EU free movement law, and has also held a visiting professorship at the University of Reykjavik.Professor Groussot is actively involved in various research projects that address critical issues such as the rule of law in Europe and the independence of judges. His work not only influences legal scholarship but also informs policy discussions within EU institutions. He teaches several courses on Coursera, including "European Business Law: Competing in Europe" and "Understanding the Fundamentals," helping to prepare students for the complexities of doing business within the EU.
