Professor Vasanthi Srinivasan is a prominent faculty member in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management Area at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). Her research interests span a wide range of HRM topics, including multi-generations in the workplace, women in management and boards, ethics teaching in business schools, HRM in rapid growth organizations, and ethics and CSR in micro, small, and mid-sized enterprises. Srinivasan has made significant contributions to academia through numerous publications in reputed journals and book chapters. Her expertise extends beyond the classroom, as she has extensively consulted for both Indian and multinational companies in leadership development, designing programs to build leadership pipelines and technical leadership talent. Notably, she developed "Tanmatra: Women in Leadership," a program for senior women leaders in business. Srinivasan's international experience includes roles as an ICCR Chair Professor at HHL Leipzig and a British Council Visiting Scholar at the University of Nottingham. She has embraced educational technology, leveraging her experience with MOOCs to enhance learning impact. Srinivasan's professional leadership is evident in her roles with organizations like the National HRD Network, Enable India, and Globethics.net, as well as her initiative www.teachcsr.com, promoting business ethics and CSR education in India.
