Béatrice Collin is a Professor of International Strategy and Management at ESCP Europe and also lectures in Master Programs at the University of Paris II. She served as a visiting faculty member at Cornell University’s ILR School from January to July 2007. Béatrice has worked with major companies such as Arcelor-Mittal, L’Oreal, Credit Agricole, and Carrefour, as well as mid-sized firms that have successfully expanded internationally. In recent years, she has designed and led executive education seminars for European companies to prepare their future leaders to manage in global and culturally diverse settings. Béatrice's educational background includes management, political science, and international economics from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. She has held research fellowships at Cornell and City University Business School in London. She is an active member and reviewer for the Academy of Management and a founding member of EURAM (European Academy of Management).
