Marijn Janssen serves as a Full Professor in ICT & Governance and heads the Information and Communication Technology section at TU Delft's Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management. His research focuses on the design and service orchestration of public-private service networks, examining how technology shapes governance in an increasingly digital world. He has earned international recognition as one of the leading e-government researchers, consistently ranking among the top scholars in his field since 2009.

Gabriela Viale Pereira serves as an Assistant Professor for Information Systems at the Department for E-Governance and Administration at University for Continuing Education Krems. Her expertise spans digital government, smart governance, and the implementation of disruptive technologies for data-driven decision-making in public administration. As a Research Fellow at the Center for Technology in Government at UAlbany, she contributes to advancing the field of digital governance. Her leadership role as Coordinator of the Erasmus+ Strengthening Governance Capacity for Smart Sustainable Cities (CAP4CITY) project demonstrates her commitment to developing smart city initiatives and improving urban governance through technology. Her research focuses on ICT-related governance topics, particularly in the contexts of smart governance, smart cities, and government 3.0. She brings a comprehensive understanding of how technology can enhance public service delivery and urban management through data-driven approaches
