His work spans renewable energy integration, power systems, and electric mobility, with numerous industry collaborations. A Senior Member of IEEE, Bauer has held leadership positions in several professional organizations, including chairing the Power Electronics and Motion Control council. His expertise in sustainable energy technologies and power electronics has significantly contributed to advancing the field of electrical engineering and promoting the transition to renewable energy systems.
