Marijn Janssen serves as a Full Professor in ICT & Governance and heads the Information and Communication Technology section at TU Delft's Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management. His research focuses on the design and service orchestration of public-private service networks, examining how technology shapes governance in an increasingly digital world. He has earned international recognition as one of the leading e-government researchers, consistently ranking among the top scholars in his field since 2009.

Expert in Economics of Technology and Innovation

Claudia Werker serves as Associate Professor in Economics of Technology and Innovation at TU Delft's Department of Technology, Policy and Management while holding a visiting professorship at RWTH Aachen University's Research Area Technology, Innovation, Marketing and Entrepreneurship (TIME). Her academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Economics from Freiberg University of Technology, Germany, which she completed summa cum laude. Her research portfolio spans the creation and dissemination of innovation and knowledge in innovation systems, with recent focus on management of technology and innovation, economic effects of big data, and design for values. Her influential work includes research on regional innovation systems and agglomeration patterns, examining how different regions develop technological capabilities. Through her teaching of Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. students, she continues to advance understanding of innovation economics and technology management while emphasizing the essential role of responsible technology development for global well-being.
