Peter A. Carfagna is the Chairman/CEO of Magis, LLC, a sports marketing, management, and investment firm, and co-owner of the Lake County Captains, a Class A Affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. He previously served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at IMG and was a Senior Partner at Jones Day LLP. Peter graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College, was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, and earned his law degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. He has taught Sports Law at Harvard since 2006, authored casebooks, and oversees the Sports Law Clinical Program. He also serves on several boards and committees related to sports and education, including the Harvard Alumni Association and Rhodes Scholarship selection. Peter and his wife reside in Cleveland with their four adult children.

Richard ("Ricky") J. Volante, Esq., is a sports and entertainment agent and consultant at Sixth City Sports & Entertainment, LLC, and Managing Partner of Victor & Volante, Co., a firm specializing in sports and entertainment law. Admitted to the Ohio Bar, Ricky focuses on legal issues involving professional and amateur sports, film, TV, business formation, intellectual property, digital media, and music. With six years of experience in event and facility management, marketing, sponsorships, strategic planning, and contract drafting, he also has a deep interest in the film, TV, and music industries. Ricky graduated summa cum laude from Lake Erie College in Sports Management and earned his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he was President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Association.
