He previously served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at IMG and was a Senior Partner at Jones Day LLP. Peter graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College, was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, and earned his law degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. He has taught Sports Law at Harvard since 2006, authored casebooks, and oversees the Sports Law Clinical Program. He also serves on several boards and committees related to sports and education, including the Harvard Alumni Association and Rhodes Scholarship selection. Peter and his wife reside in Cleveland with their four adult children.
